As China's economy steping into the New Normal,the decisive role of market-oriented economy gradually gives more and more full play to a wider range in the allocation of resources.And as economic marketization going to a deep degree,the logistics enterprise who is between manufacture and demand is facing harder competition in the market.How to abandon the traditional management ideas,use strategic management thinking,estimate enterprise inside and outside environment in the industry,select and adapt enterprise's strategy,is one of the important way to secivive for the logistic enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition.This thesis take Inner Mongolia Traffic Materials co.,LTD.,as the research object,starting from the concept of strategic management,systematically introduces the strategic management process,the relevant theories of strategic management,making enterprise strategy tool,and use the relevant theories of strategic management,using PEST model,Porter's Five Forces Model,and SWOT model ets.developing and strategic management tools,analyzes the Traffic Material co.,LTD.internal and external environment of Inner Mongolia,studied its advantages and disadvantages that exist in the development situation,analyzes its existing problems and risks,gradually has been clear about the traffic in Inner Mongolia supplies limited liability company enterprise development strategy and implementation measures.This paper first of all used PEST analysis model,analyzing the external environment for the development of Inner Mongolia Traffic Materials co.,LTD.,including political/legal environment,economic environment,social environment,and technology environment.Then used Porter's Five Forces model,analyzed the company's competition environment,including the existing competitors,potential competitors,substitutes,buyers bargaining power,the supplier bargaining power.Second,using detailed data,analyzed company's internal conditions.Then,using the SWOT analysis model,analysis in the process of enterprise development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and clear strategy choosing of Traffic Material co.,LTD..Finally,put forward the implementation of the strategy and protecting measures.Combined theory with practice,this paper provide the reference for the development of Traffic Materials co.,LTD.,and can also be used for the other enterprises in the logistic industy.
