| With the diversity and integration of the world economy,more and more countries are exploring and implementing the strategy of ‘going-global',especially under the spirit guidance of 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the implementation of the strategy of “One Belt and Road”(“the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”),Chinese overseas contractors have surely witnessed a much more favorable opportunities to expend the international construction market.China's foreign contracted projects overseas business has been developing rapidly,significantly enhance the international competitiveness.The expansion of business scale and the increase of the complexity of enterprise project management ability put forward higher requirements.China foreign contracting engineering company in the process of "going out" has accumulated certain experience,has the rich experience in international project management,but compared with big international contractors still has certain gap.Our country existing foreign contracted project material purchasing management mode,the supplies structure is loose,the procurement management is more extensive,the lack of systematic planning and integrated operation,it is difficult to meet the procurement of materials for the project requirements.Therefore,to strengthen our foreign contract engineering materials purchasing management research is necessary.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the foreign contracting project material purchasing management and the root of the problem occurred,and proposes the corresponding materials purchase management solutions,to improve the purchase efficiency and reduce material purchasing amount,to guarantee the quality and quantity of project material requirements and to meet the material needs,on the basis of achieved the purpose of saving material calculation and purchasing cost,improve the economic benefits of foreign contracted projects. |
