Study On The Post-evaluation Of Berth Construction Project Of Container Terminal For Company D

The deepening of economic globalization makes the trade between countries increasingly close,and most of the trade relies on the maritime transportation to achieve.Ports play an important role in the process of achieving trade,which act as the hub of transportation and throat of portage.In order to meet the needs of economic and foreign trade development and the large-scale demand for ships,China's coastal port construction has been expanding.In order to avoid duplication of construction,resulting in waste of resources,improve the future investment level of investment projects and investment efficiency,it is necessary to do post-evaluation of port construction projects.Based on the post-evaluation theory of the port project,this paper first establishes the post-evaluation index system of the berth construction project of container terminal for Company D.Then,according to the fuzzy and gray characteristics of the post-evaluation of berth construction project of container terminal in company D,the gray fuzzy comprehensive post-evaluation model is constructed.Finally,on the basis of the single process evaluation of the berth construction project of container terminal in Company D,the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to do the comprehensive post-evaluation and obtain the evaluation level of the comprehensive post-evaluation.The evaluation results show that the decision stage of the construction of the berth construction project of container terminal in Company D is sufficient and the decision content is accurate.The implementation phase is fully prepared and the progress of the project is slightly delayed.The overall quality of the project is qualified,and the investment control is better.Although the project financial profitability is poor,in the company's efforts,it still meets and exceeds the design capacity and achieves a certain profit.Besides,the project is green,low carbon,environmental protection,which is in line with today's port development trends.It also has some social benefits and sustainability of development.The comprehensive post-evaluation score is 74.34,and the overall evaluation for the berth construction project is basically successful.
