Chinese enterprises gradually gain a larger share of the overseas EPC market in the world.In order to achieve better project benefits,the timely cooperation of overseas EPC project logistics is required.At present,the overall logistics cost in China accounts for 16%of the GDP and accounts for 30-40%of the manufacturing cost.The current general accounting system can not truly and completely reflect the project logistics cost.The overseas logistics of EPC project can not fully meet the demand of the construction site.Occasionally encountered in the scene there are loss of and damage to the project goods,materials and articals,resulting in a higher project logistics costs and affecting the normal progress of the project site.As an important part of the cost management of the entire overseas EPC project,the cost management mode of project engineering logistics is constantly changing in order to meet the needs of the overall goal of the project.In this context,in order to ensure the competitive advantage of the EPC market and to achieve the project management objectives,related companies have stepped up their studies on the management of project logistics costs.Project logistics cost management involves the establishment of the management organization,program requirements,process control,project logistics cost composition,project logistics cost measurement and many other aspects.This paper selects the C Angola power project as the actual case of project logistics cost management,explains and analyzes the problems of the current common accounting system to identify the cost flaws and problems in practical operation,in order to study basic composition of costs and management processes of overseas EPC project engineering logistics.In this paper,through the analysis of the impact factors of project logistics cost and the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP),we find out the main factors that affect the total cost of the project,and then use the project cost analysis method to control the cost of the project cost,deviation analysis and deviation.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,project cost analysis and project cost analysis,combined with the project cost control system to improve the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of project cost control.In the end,this paper,based on the actual case,provides a plan to establish an overseas EPC project logistics cost management and control system in order to solve the practical problems that the current general accounting system can nothandle the project logistics cost,truly and completely reflect the project logistics cost,Effective management to achieve the overall goal of overseas EPC projects and cost management goals.
