Research On Cost Management Of HNAAT Logistics Project

With the continuous improvement of the society, the market economy also makes a spurt of progress, and the market economy system is also undergoing earthshaking changes benefited by the rapid development of market economy. What’s more, the production situation of various industries in China has been significantly improved, for example, the logistics industry is quickly developing and the overall quality of logistics equipment installation is also improved. Moreover, in terms of management, the logistics project management ability is also improved which helps to promote the further development and imperfection of discipline system and logistics management practice.This paper firstly analyzes the modern logistics management theory, project cost management especially the research condition of logistics project construction cost management at home and abroad. Based on this, this paper reviews relevant theories of logistics construction cost management. Secondly, it deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the cost management of logistics equipment installation. Thirdly, it studies its management model and introduces ISM Interpretive Structural Model to discuss about the key points. Finally, it takes HNAAT logistics project construction as the sample and carries out analysis based on the established models.The research elaborates that in ISM is able to save the project cost, changes the traditional installation model from disposable cost management to whole-process monitoring management, narrow cost management to comprehensive cost management and ex post cost accounting to whole-process management, which can also make the logistics equipment installation become normalized, scientific, reasonable and refined.
