Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Design Of XM National Tax

The state tax staff is the foundation of the state to carry out the work of tax revenue,and it is the first impression of the national tax department,which represents the image of the national tax department.So improve the national tax system performance evaluation index system,the tax revenue for the country to carry out the work of great significance.In recent years,the national tax departments gradually strengthen tax staff training,standardize work processes,improve the tax tax supervision mechanism,improve the tax work environment,make the tax staff more professional,more actively carry out tax work.According to the present situation of the work of national revenue,for the design of performance evaluation index system of the tax department conducted in-depth inquiry,I hope to make a positive contribution to improve China's tax department performance evaluation index system.This paper expounds the related concepts of performance appraisal index system of tax institutions,introduces the balanced scorecard,key index evaluation method,objective assessment method of performance appraisal methods,and these assessment methods for guidance of the tax department.Then take the XM state tax as an example,according to China's tax department performance management situation,analyzes the existing problems in the performance appraisal process and the causes of the problems,according to the performance characteristics of XM state tax,through the understanding of the state tax actual performance evaluation,research for scientific research and design of performance appraisal the index system of XM state tax,and the design of the evaluation system for the evaluation of performance appraisal,to further enhance the management level of XM state tax,but also provide reference to perfect the performance evaluation index system for China's tax system.
