| This thesis discusses the performance evaluation system of a state-owned commercial bank. From the feature and future tendency of banking, this industry is facing the opportunity and challenge. As long as a bank takes into account the performance evaluation, she can attract the valuable member. So that she can elevate benefit and adapt to the market competitive.This thesis includes four aspects principally. The first part introduces the implication of performance, performance evaluation and performance management.The second part mainly introduces Balance score card . BSC disassembles the strategy from four parts: the finance, customer, internal administration, learning and development.The third part is the development condition of banking in China. The quick development of banking industry demand higher level human resource management. Performance evaluation is the core of human resource, it needs to evaluate the performance of corporation and unit from strategy angle. At the same time, though performance management can guide members of a bank to work effectively so that the bank can set up the core competitive competence.The forth part introduces the base condition of the commercial bank provincial branch and the performance evaluation system of the bank. The method of performance must adapt to environment and framework. After knowing about the strategy, the bank can layout the performance evaluation system. |
