Abstract/Summary:
Compared with the world’s industrial powers,there’s a big gap with technological innovation and management level for Chinese manufacturers.Because project management performance can measure enterprises projects capacity of promote flexibility and continuously,where around the established strategic objectives of innovation.Therefore,it is a key to constructe the performance evaluation of technological innovation management of manufacturing enterprises.At present,the traditional evaluation model for project management basically focuses on the iron triangle of "quality,cost and progress",then technological innovation projects involving multi-level business innovation business,associate many types of projects stakeholders.Premeditate some practical problems of china’s traditional manufacturing industry encountering the low efficiency of innovative resource allocation,the impact of improper innovation factors,the lack of control technical innovation project management.It is necessary to carry out the synthetic evaluation of the traditional manufacturing technology innovation project management performance.For related issues,around the input or output with whole process of technology innovation projects,integration two aspects of firms and project construction produce.So define these indicators of input or output capacity utility containing organization innovation factors.Based on the evaluation model analysis,compared with the traditional measurement indicators like CPI and SPI,capacity utilities have more accurately evaluation of the management performance of dynamic variable trends in the whole process.Considering projects stakeholders satisfaction factors in the whole life cycle of innovation project,quantification and correction the fuzzy index weights,supplemented by innovation,project cost result factors,and based on the evaluation model analysis.We can find the stakeholder satisfaction degree of the builder changing,it is particularly influential to the dynamic of project management performance.In addition,participants have more influence on the project management performance trend of the whole life later period,yet project decision makers have more influence on the performance trend of the whole life earlier period.The research combinations the actual data of technological transformation project of SLY,integrates the relevant knowledge system of enterprise technological innovation and project management,adopts the comprehensive evaluation model and algorithm of project innovation performance of technological innovation.Finally,the paper provides some practical value guidance for promoting firm innovation management ability,and expanding project management strategy.
