With the economic development rapidly, project management has become an integral part of social behavior. In the project management process, project stakeholders in the project development and implementation processes is important and even dominant. To identify stakeholders correctly and establish the relationship between the stakeholders is important on the success of the project.In this paper, with the perspective of construction project, combining the stakeholder theory and the project life cycle theory. through game theory to analysis the problems exist between the construction projects all stages of key stakeholders and correspond solution advices. The main contents are as follows:First, analysis the important role of the stakeholders in project construction process, and the importance of stakeholder analysis and management. Secondly, investigate and summary the construction project stakeholders fields, identify the project stakeholders and propose the stakeholder categories existing in the construction projects processes, and identify the stakeholder priorities, highlighting the key stakeholders in the project. Thirdly, use the game theory in the construction project life cycle, analysis the game model of the key stakeholders in all project process, and establishment of equilibrium between all game model. Finally, Propose some Recommends with the equilibrium of the game model to make the key stakeholders of the construction projects Maximize their benefits.Through this paper can make the key stakeholders of construction projects to understand their behavior, can make the project stakeholder management get good results, in order to conduct the project get greater benefit through the stakeholders'behavior.
