Chengdu DZ UAV Co.,Ltd,a company which has cultivated in the industrial unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)field,has achieved great success in UAV flight control system and vehicle market after more than 10 years of bedding.The company has also accumulated good capital and gained brand reputation these years.Now the Chinese industrial UAV is now in the stage of rapid development.But due to the lack of appropriate regulatory regulations and industry standards,as well as the special characteristics of UAVs,the future of UAV industry market is not so bright.Facing the uncertainty of the future,strategy-making for enterprise development is very necessary and urgent.Firstly,in this paper,the external environment of the enterprise is analyzed objectively,and the external macro environment of the enterprise is analyzed by PSET analysis.And the development trend of the two aspects of the industrial environment is also analyzed.The external competitive environment of the enterprise is analyzed from five aspects by using the Porter's Five Force Model.Secondly,the internal environment of the enterprise is analyzed,the enterprise resources are analyzed from three aspects: technology,human resource and finance.Then,the enterprise is analyzed from three aspects: management,marketing and core competitiveness.Finally,the IFE analysis model is used to analyze the enterprise.The paper analyzes synthetically the strength and weakness of company internal environment by using the IFE Model.The stability of the company's development strategy is analyzed using SWOT matrix analysis,combed with the company's vision,mission and development of strategic objectives.The development strategy is the company level strategy,the implementation of a stable development strategy also needs the company's business development strategy to support.By objective analysis and demonstration,the cost leadership strategy is determined as the best strategy of company development,and the leading cost strategy of the company is analyzed by two aspects: UAV manufacturing cost and integrated unmanned aerial vehicle integrated solution.This paper puts forward the concrete steps and suggestions for the implementation of the company's development strategy.First of all,it demonstrates the company's development strategy implemented by three stages,and then recommends of the company development strategy implementation from four aspects: the organizational structure optimizing,the product quality system controlling,the company's marketing system setting and talent building.The last chapter summarizes this paper and prospects the future development of the company.
