XuZhou HI Electronics Co., Ltd. is a German joint venture company which is focus on industrial safety control systems for product R & D and accounts for 50% shares in group level, on the other hand German companies accounted for 50% of the shares of Hirschmann Company's business has developed rapidly, but there is no strategic viewpoint, enterprise internal processes are not standardized, the rational use of internal resources can not develop to a certain scale, encounter a bottleneck problem and so on. In order to better develop the HI Company, further lies the company's planning and processes, enabling modern management means, and improve the competitiveness of companies in the country to lead the development of the industry, the company has developed a suitable development strategy.For theoretical point of view, by using of (PEST) analysis, five forces analysis model, the external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix and the internal elements of evaluation, industry, competitive situation and the internal environment is analyzed and evaluated. Through the analysis, the conclude is that the environment, domestic social stability and sustained econmic development, and engineering machinery sales need to be increased continually. Meanwhile, the government's macro policies need to be increased, there have been a competitor into the fray, and new applications have increased and so on, in the internal resources and capabilities HI Electronics CO., Ltd. To conduct business development target market positioning, and build the (SWOT) model, within 5 years to become a standardized management, technical leading competitive strategy, using quantitative strategic plan matrix (QSPM) to choice to determine the competitive strategy of differentiation for Electronics Co,Ltd..On the other hand, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy in a competitive implementation of the strategy, the focus on corporate culture, human resources marketing systems, product diversification, and information construction of several fronts. And at the same time, to ensure that the HI Electronics Co.,Ltd. differentiation competitive strategy in place to implement the strategic security measures, and effective evaluation of this measure and control for the timely adjustment of competitive strategy and strategic objectives.
