LED industry is an emerging industry that China has been vigorously supporting in recent years.With the continuous progress of LED related technology and the continuous reduction of product costs,LED lighting and related signage equipment industry has gradually replaced the traditional lighting industry and become the largest industrial cluster in the field of light sources in China in the future.LED manufacturing enterprises is generally no longer history in China,in the enterprise strategic management and strategic decisions still exists many immature place,still need to strengthen enterprise overall management level,to improve the core competitiveness in the harsh competitive environment,enterprises need to make breakthroughs from inside out in all aspects to enhance their core competitive advantages,so as to ensure the long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes Sichuan BV Company as the research object.Sichuan BV company is located in the downstream of the LED industry.In the market environment where the LED industry as a whole is in the rising stage,the total sales volume of Sichuan BV Company has been constantly increasing in recent years,and the company has a promising future development prospect.This paper first analyzes the industry environment,and the overview of the LED industry at home and abroad,with the intensification of market competition and the increase of operating costs,Sichuan BV company although sales increased,but it does not increase the profit margin,through to the Sichuan BV company currently strategy analysis and research,reflecting the current domestic production enterprise common problem: increased operating costs,weakly internal management,low inventory management and operation efficiency,etc.,if does not carry on enterprise development strategy and the cost is reduced,is bound to more and more difficult.Under such a fierce market competition,Sichuan BV Company urgently needs a set of excellent enterprise related strategy to guide the company's production status,the manufacturing cost can be optimized from the aspects of improving research and development,quality and service level,so as to enhance the overall market competitive advantage of enterprises.This study based on the development strategy,firstly through the analysis on the company's macro environment,the main use of PEST analysis and porter five model,soas to provide reference for the implementation of subsequent development strategy.At the same time,analyzing the company's internal environment of SWOT analysis,for the implementation of the development strategy to provide strategic direction.On the basis of combining the current situation of the company,summarize the existing problems,put forward by a low cost strategy to build competitive advantage,finally from quality management,service management,r&d management,supply chain management,cost control and so on to implement the corresponding countermeasures and measures,including quality management,service management,r&d management can effectively improve enterprise competitive advantage,through the optimization of supply chain management,can better realize the cost control,cost leadership strategy for Sichuan BV company fine implementation for key security.It is hoped that the research in this paper can not only provide relevant strategic support for the development of Sichuan BV Company,but also provide reference for the strategic management of similar manufacturing enterprises in China,and provide help for the LED industry to optimize the industrial structure and improve product competitiveness.
