Study On Recognition And Generation Mechanism Of LP's Promotion

Lean production has been used by many manufacturing countries like china since it appeared,known as the new way after the emerging manufacturing methods.Although China from the 70 s of last century began to contact the lean production,but the lean production have also been rapidly covering many of China's large manufacturing enterprises.In the large-scale application of lean management in China's enterprises,many problem such as the implementation is not complete have emerged?These issues require lean management experts to conduct relevant research in order to give clear answer.In this paper,from the perspective of lean business to promote resistance.In this paper,we select representative Chinese enterprises to carry out identification of resistance in lean management.Grasp the operating characteristics of Chinese enterprises,from the driving force of reverse thinking to find obstacles to the implementation of lean management factors.We can find the mechanism and principle of the obstruction,and judge the influencing factors of these factors through the case and analyze their interaction.This paper puts forward five dimensions that hinder the implementation of lean management: human,machine,material,method and environment.The index system which can reasonably evaluate is constructed.AHP-SPA method is used to evaluate objectively and comprehensively the influencing factors of these five dimensions from the process point of view,and to analyze the influence weight of factors.This paper applies game theory to construct the most important tripartite model of lean management: enterprise owner,front-line staff and lean implementation team.Depth analysis of the interests of enterprises in the human aspirations,revealing the impact of lean management to promote the implementation of the mechanism,so as to better guide the lean management to promote.
