A Study On Urban Development Strategy Of Xinyang City

China's economy is facing an unprecedented complex situation,and the city's anxiety on development is much in evidence.Scientific city positioning and working out the urban development strategy has become top priority for each city.Before making urban planning,we must do enough research on how to making city position and formulate a good urban development strategy.Only after these problems are settled,urban planning can really be targeted,well-founded.This paper takes the urban development strategy of Xinyang city as the research object.It mainly uses the combination of theory and demonstration,in addition,literatures consulting and actual investigation are also used.The paper reviews the theory of regional development to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of Xinyang city's urban development strategy,which reflects on the whole process of this research.This paper analyzes the present situation and the main problems of Xinyang city's development in the sight of strategy,and sets Ezhou city's development strategy as a typical comparative case.Finally,according to the results of analysis and research above,the paper put forward suggestions to solve the problem that includes Xinyang city's position and path choice of Xinyang city's development strategy.The purpose of this paper is to make an attempt to change the way of thinking under the "new normal condition",to grasp the general trend accurately,to pinpoint the city orientation,to adjust the city development strategy,and to integrate the obvious and hidden huge resources.After that,We can make rational utilization of these resource to achieve dislocation development,competitive differentiation and formation of unique comparative advantages to blaze a new trail of sustainable development according with the law of Xinyang City's development.The main innovation of this paper is to systematically integrate these dimensions into Xinyang city's urban development strategy research,like constructing the legal system and spiritual belief,changing the social behavior modes and establishing a efficient scientific standardized administrative operation mechanism.It's the fundamental guarantee for the successful implementation of Xinyang city's urban development strategy exactly as it means to many other cities in our country.Besides,the exploration to solve these problems will promote the continuous innovation of urban strategy theory with Chinese characteristics.
