At present,China's new energy vehicle production and sales have been among the world's first.Due to the strong support of national policy and the continuous improvement of related technology,new energy automobile industry will maintain rapid growth for a long time in the future.By the end of 2016,there exist 150000 public charging piles and 1.09 million electric vehicles.Although the ratio of charging piles to electric vehicles is up to 1:7 the state-specified standards.However,the utilization rate of charging stations is very low due to the unreasonable selection of the charging stations,fast charge and slow filling ratio are unreasonable and improper management.Therefore,how to select the construction number of charging station and the ratio of quick charge and slow charging piles in the station become the target of this paper.This paper focus on electric vehicle charging demand,analyzes the influence of electric vehicle travel law and charging preference on charging demand and the influence of charging demand and charging station service level on charging station layout.The time and space travel rules of electric vehicles and user charging preference are the direct factors that affect the charging demand type and the its distribution in time and space.Charging demand is the main factor affecting the quantity and site selection of charging station,and the service level of charging station is the auxiliary factor affecting the capacity of charging station.In the process of modeling and solving,we first construct the probability density function of electric vehicle travel time and spatial feature quantity as well as charging decision mechanism.According to probability density function,using the Monte-Carlo simulation method to extract the random number,analog electric vehicles travel and charging process in a day and get electric vehicles charging demand.Next,we proposed a method to handle the demand data with slight polymerization and removing time attributes.Then,we set up a multi-objective optimization model of charging station layout with minimum charging distance and the total construction cost of charging station.And the intelligent optimization algorithm(NS-MFO)is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem.At last,this paper studies the layout of public charging piles in Beijing,collects the POI data of Beijing and other parameters values.In MatlabR2016b environment,we simulate the travel and charging process of 600,000 electric vehicles in Beijing,obtain the charging demand data and analyzed the charging demand from two dimensions of space and time.In addition,we use MatlabR2016b tools write NS-MFO algorithm program to solve multi-objective charging station layout problem,the iterative curve shows that both the targets value of two objective function is convergent,obtained the pareto optimal solution.
