Under the background of China’s proposal to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,electric vehicle as an important travel tool in the field of transportation,it plays an indispensable role in energy conservation and emission reduction.The battery life of electric vehicles requires safe and efficient charging stations,during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,China’s charging infrastructure has achieved leapfrog development.However,behind the rapid development,there are still outstanding problems such as the uneven development of electric vehicle charging stations and users’ charging experience to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a scientific and effective charging station service evaluation model,explore service optimization strategies,and provide reference for charging station enterprises to effectively improve service level.This paper takes electric vehicle charging station as the research object,analyzes the factors affecting the service level of the charging station through sufficient investigation,builds the service evaluation system of electric vehicle charging station,carries out comprehensive evaluation,optimizes the service level of charging stations and proposes optimization strategies.Firstly,the development status of electric vehicle charging stations at home and abroad is introduced,the planning,construction,decision-making and other key research fields of electric vehicle charging stations are briefly analyzed as well as the existing shortcomings,and the theories related to multiattribute decision-making and optimization algorithms in engineering practice are sorted out.Secondly,from the perspective of different stakeholders,a comprehensive evaluation index system for electric vehicle charging stations service is established from four aspects:planning service,operator service,user service and social service,and the combination weighting method based on moment estimation theory is used to calculate the weight of the indicators;then,the comprehensive evaluation model of electric vehicle charging stations service is established and the improved matterelement extension method is constructed to sort and comprehensively evaluate the evaluation indicators,the rationality and validity of the model are verified by comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis of the evaluation results;finally,a differentiated service strategy optimization model for users and operators is established on the basis of the evaluation results,the fuzzy programming method and genetic algorithm are used to simulate,and the service optimization scheme is given according to the simulation results.The research results of this paper not only help users to choose appropriate charging stations,but also help operators to further optimize the construction,operation and service quality of charging stations,and promote the beneficial development of the charging station industry.
