Research On Development Solutions Of Kaimeite's Industrial Gases From Strategic Prospectives

China's emerging economies has been a growing demand for industrial gases,while the Chinese government is also committed to the implementation of energy-saving emission reduction industry policy,therefore the domestic industrial gas industry has a huge space for development,but also shows a fierce competitive situation.Hunan Kaimeite is a professional chemical exhaust recycling of industrial gas production enterprises.Its flagship product,food-grade liquid carbon dioxide form a certain production scale and competitive advantage.But the company also faces a single product,the ability to withstand risks weak problem.In response to the increasingly fierce market competition,Hunan Kaimeite must use strategic management tools,scientific,rational and in-depth development of new industrial gas business.Based on the basic theory of strategic management,after introducing the basic situation of industrial gas industry and company,the paper analyzes the macroscopic environment and competitive environment of Hunan Kaimeite,by using PEST analysis tool and five force-models respectively.Then,to understand the internal environment of the company;to find out the opportunities and threats faced by Hunan Kaimeite,Ltd.,and its advantages and disadvantages,building an alternative strategy by SWOT matrix;then according to the company's strategy Positioning and development goals,the company knows how to use centralized development,chain aggregation and selective positioning strategy were analyzed,which proposed that Hunan Kaimeite,should focus on the development of products in the focus of centralized development strategy,technology research and development.In order to ensure the implementation of industrial gas business development strategy,the article finally gives the strengthening of communication and collaboration,based on technical support,protection of human resources,strict process monitoring,and the implementation of the program budget.To ensure the development of industrial gas business strategy,and other construction,this paper provides reference for the practical practice of industrial gas development strategy of Hunan Kaimeite,hoping to make some reference for the development of other domestic gas enterprises,which is beneficial to the gas enterprises in the fierce competitive environment,to better grasp opportunities and meet challenges,and to the formation of diversified development,cooperation and win-win situation.
