DMC company is a subsidiary of a state-owned energy company in China,it is a new member of the industrial gases,but with the development of domestic economy speed into the "new normal",the environment of the macro environment and industry has changed.On this premise,DMC company need to determine their strategy model and route choice.In this paper,we will discuss the macro environment of DMC and figure out it's strategy as well as its market positioning.A PEST analysis is adopted for the macro environment analysis factoring political,economic,social and technological scopes.Also a Michael Porter five forces model will be used for the competition environment analysis.And an EFE matrix and an IFE matrix will give a SWOT analysis of the company.Using SWOT analysis method,analysis and comparison of a variety of DMC company's competitive strategy.We pointed out the strategic direction of DMC company from three levels.It includes company level,business layer and function layer.And confirmed the mission,vision,of DMC company.According to the strategic target of DMC company,designed the strategy implementation path.In the process of implementation of cost leadership competitive strategy,DMC company should go through the advancing economic integration production technology,structural cost management innovation,strengthen enterprise the cost culture construction to ensure the realization of enterprise strategic objectives and the future healthy and sustainable development.
