MEMS devices is a kind of silicon capacitive sound sensor, made by a combination of mechanical and electrical semiconductor technology, using in the initial rush for automotive airbags, then in the form of MEMS sensors are widely used in all areas of the car, with the further development of MEMS technology, its use has been expanding.Geer company has the capacity to make and develop the quality MEMS product. The advantage in quality and the demand in the market prompted the Geer company determined to invest in MEMS production line construction project(hereinafter referred to as the Geer MEMS project). The completion of this project will expand its production scale,a broad product line, promoting the healthy development of Geer company.Effective management on time is the crux of assuring that the Geer MEMS project achieved in time. The paper make the Geer MEMS project as the research object, study from the construction reality of project,to the main objective of project progress management and content based on the analysis of main problems in project schedule management. On this basis, papers has made the Geer MEMS project network schedule, and optimized it according to the project's specific requirements, control the schedule of the whole process, putting proper safeguards to assure the time management effectively, and shortening of the duration of the project.Enhance project manager's skills to ensure project successfully completed. The research on scheduling and control in the process of the Geer MEMS project will direct the manage to optimize the of pattern of time management, and improve the skills in the schedule control of the Geer MEMS project. The paper's research results can guidance for other same project in time management.
