The progress of science and technology promote the development of global economy,and people's living standards have been greatly improved.A developing number of entrepreneurs are choosing to start their own businesses to realize their own values in life.The cultivation of entrepreneurial competence is also more and more concerned by scholars.An increasing number of scholars begin to pay attention to the study of entrepreneurship and the improvement of entrepreneurial competence.In this paper,we taked the college students participating in the action learning camp as the research object to study the influences of action learning on the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial ability.In this study,the antecedent variable is Action learning,the result variable is college students' entrepreneurial competence,the regulatory variable is entrepreneurial self-efficacy.This article' author as an observer to participate in the entire experimental process to collect information,and the use of questionnaires and interviews to obtain first-hand data,through qualitative research and quantitative research method of combining experimental data Analysis,and ultimately based on the results of data analysis put forward management recommendations combined with the actual.Based on the review of the literature about the relationship between action learning and entrepreneurship and the relationship between them,this dissertation puts forward the research models and assumptions based on the results of structured interviews.By developing a scientific scale to measure and evaluate the entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates,Measure and measure the relationship between variables of action learning,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and college students' ability to start a business.This study uses the data analysis software SPSS19.0 to analyze the data obtained.First of all,in order to test the validity and reliability of the items in the measurement scale,a small sample test is performed before the large sample test,the unreasonable item is deleted and the measurement scale is corrected.Secondly,the revised scale The data of the experimental data were collected to analyze the quality of the data and the reliability and validity;Thirdly,through the two paired samples t-test,the differences of the entrepreneurial ability data of college students measured before and after were analyzed to determine whether the entrepreneurial ability occurred before or after the action learning The independent variable t-test of the control variables was used to test the differences between the control variables in all dimensions of action learning and the entrepreneurial ability of college students.Finally,in order to test the model hypothesis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The entrepreneurial ability of college students can be nurtured through acquired learning;(2)the various aspects of action learning have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial ability of college students;(3)The self-efficacy of entrepreneurship is beneficial to undergraduate entrepreneurship through interactive reflection and action verification(4)Action learning has different effect on improving the entrepreneurial ability of different college students;(5)There is a significant difference in whether family members have entrepreneurial experience in the performance of college students' action learning.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes the relative management enlightenment mainly from the individual and the organizational structure of college students.Individual students should actively participate in the training of action learning related to entrepreneurship training and grasp the concrete implementation methods and steps of action learning.They should inspire some feasible and innovative ideas by making full use of existing resources through questioning and reflection.Independent thinking at the same time more with the team members to communicate,by increasing cooperation between teams to find the best strategy to solve the problem,and ultimately the implementation of the problem-solving approach;to learn to action learning as a way to integrate into their daily problems Solve the process;to take the initiative to seek effective ways to enhance their entrepreneurial self-efficacy,which can be more effective through action learning to improve their entrepreneurial capabilities.Organizations should develop more courses of action learning;organize and arrange the members of the action learning group reasonably to ensure the diversity and cooperation of the members of the group;to design the action learning according to the characteristics of the university students and to promote the action learning And entrepreneurial education to provide an effective way for the training of entrepreneurship;to enhance the awareness of lifelong learning for action learning participants,encourage students to use action learning method to constantly identify and solve problems;relevant departments should take relevant measures to improve entrepreneurship Entrepreneurial self-efficacy.The innovation of this paper:(1)Exploring the impact of various aspects of action learning on the entrepreneurial ability of college students,and verifying the positive adjustment of entrepreneurial self-efficacy between action learning and the entrepreneurship ability of college students.This study is no longer limited to the impact of the overall level of action learning on entrepreneurship,but studies the impact of action learning on the entrepreneurial ability of college students and establishes the impact model of action learning on the entrepreneurship ability of college students.(2)Measure the entrepreneurial abilities of college students participating in action learning twice before and after,and have time span.By two-sample t-test of the two groups of data,it is proved that action learning can indeed enhance the entrepreneurial ability of college students,Entrepreneurial ability to provide a new basis for the practice.
