| The quality demand of core business software system in insurance industry is getting much higher due to the expansion of insurance scale in China.For this reason a much greater challenge has been extended to software quality management.For the last ten years,G Insurance company has maintained its core business software system supporting the exploding of business.So researching its project quality management and improvement as a case comes with its own significance.Based on the analysis of research status of quality management of industry application software project,with the theory of this aspect,this thesis research on related theory and method of G insurance company core business software system of project quality management and improvement.Based on the analysis of quality problems related to the quality of the core business software system of G insurance company,based on the analysis of quality-related data accumulated over the years,combined with theory of evolution,and detailed demonstration,The Root Cause Analysis and the quality improvement iterative model become the main method of G insurance company’s core business software system to improve the quality of current projects.Through the exposition of the principle of the two methods,and the application of the two methods in the actual project,and the data of the two methods are compared before and after the use of the project,the effects of the two methods on project quality improvement are fully verified.It also provides sufficient data support for the quality of follow-up projects.Finally,through the brief discussion of project quality management system for G insurance company’s core business software system project,and the influence of two methods used in this thesis on project quality management system,several other methods for improving quality management system are discussed.At the end of the paper,the future of G insurance company’s core business system,the optimization and improvement of project quality system is all prospected.The research methods mentioned in this thesis has been proven effective and easy to apply with;meanwhile the demonstration part advising how its program quality should improver based on massive solid actual program.The conclusion of this thesis can be taken as a case in improving program quality in similar situations. |
