| With the development of the IT industry,IT project quality management has attracted more and more attention.It is mainly used to solve various problems in information application technology.At the same time,it has gradually become the new core competitiveness of enterprises in the market.The improvement of the quality management level of IT projects also makes the application of information technology more handy for enterprises.The quality of an IT project directly affects the performance of the final product and also has a large impact on customer satisfaction.The smart purchase IT project of company H is jointly developed by the development team of company H and the development team of company Y.Since the development team of H company is newly formed,it is relatively lacking in project management experience.The smart purchase IT project is a large-scale shopping platform with a long project cycle and a complex system.In addition,the project is jointly developed by two teams,resulting in many problems during the project implementation process.The project team urgently needs to improve the project quality management.The main research content of this thesis is the improvement of the quality management of H company’s smart purchase IT project.First,the related concepts such as IT project quality management and software capability maturity integration model are elaborated.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the IT project quality management of H company’s smart purchase IT project from the requirements management process,software design process,project development process,project supervision and control process,and then analyzes the reasons for the problems,from These four process areas are analyzed in depth.Finally,based on the integrated model of software capability maturity,combined with the CMMI-DEV3 level process area,a complete improvement plan is proposed mainly from four aspects: requirements management,software design,project development and project supervision and control process improvement,so as to solve the problem.The problems in the quality management of IT projects,and the implementation and guarantee measures are formulated at the same time,which provides a practical guarantee for the smooth implementation of the improvement plan for the quality management of IT projects.Through the research on the quality management of the smart purchase IT project of H company,an improvement plan for the quality management of the smart purchase IT project is proposed.The enterprise contributes to the improvement of the quality of the enterprise’s IT projects. |
