NS Group Software Quality Management Improvement Research

NS company is the first batch of the birth of Chinese domestic software enterprises,reached CMMI5 in the software maturity(the highest),has been awarded the special qualification of computer system integration,software maturity has reached a very high level in the software quality China has exceeded most of the domestic counterparts,but the quality of software within the scope of global IT giants can reach there are still some gaps.The aim of this paper is to find the quality management problem of NS company through the analysis of the quality problems that NS company is facing.In the analysis,it combines the quality management system of NS company,the quality management method of the software industry,and the background of the current industry development.After defining the problems existing in the quality management process,we analyze the causes of the problems and formulate corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality management level of NS company.And then it can provide some useful methods for the quality management of the software industry.In this paper,aiming at the current situation of NS company,the quality and data collection and quality evaluation of the company are analyzed,and the quality problems are analyzed.Based on the current situation of NS company,the improvement plan and measures are made.When making measures,we should consider establishing a complete and self renewing system on the macro level,aiming at different problems at different stages,and adopting targeted methods and solidifying them.In addition,the introduction of advanced experience and excellent practice in the industry.Hope that after the application,it can help NS company to improve its quality management level.
