Under the background of rapid development of nuclear power,Chinese government has been working on extending the new power to inland area,in order to replace coal power.Due to the particularity of nuclear power, such as,the daily operation of nuclear power station and the possible risk, its safety has always been paid high attention.During the process of construction,a suitable site of nuclear power station that must be investigated repeatedly is to make sure the nuclear power operated steadily. These factors, like the economic development, government policy orientation, economic influence, public support and other non-technical factors, begin to play more significant role on the healthy and sustainable development about nuclear power. As a result, scientists have to concern more objective factors to select a site, and the traditional way that rely on seismic terrain conditions, technical conditions and so on cannot meet these requirement. Therefore, how to comprehensively analyze the increasing complex factors has become the primary problem in the site selection of nuclear power station.According to the problems that the site selection of inland nuclear power station, this essay studies the relative factors and provides a useful evaluation system. This paper analyzes the status of nuclear power development in the domestic and overseas, and compares the inland nuclear power stations and the coastal,to illustrate the importance of safety for the site selection in the inland.Based on the survey of inland site selection, the relative factors are becoming more complicated and are eager to be investigated by a comprehensive evaluation system to guarantee the efficiency and rationality of site selection. In the paper, beside technical factors and natural environment for site selection of nuclear power station, author also puts forward the importance of the non-technical factors, such as the government policy guidance, the public opinion and the local economy.Classifying these factors, the paper forms the primary indicator for site selection of inland nuclear power. In order to effectively use these factors and indicators to identify the alternative sites, and to establish a scientific evaluation system,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to investigate.AHP describes the expert's judgment for target by dot method, which cannot express ambiguity of expert's judgment and leads to inaccurate decision. This article adopts the concept of Triangular Fuzzy Number(TFN)to solve the problem.TFN can be more accurate to show the ambiguity of expert's judgment, and to remain the expert's uncertain information.Based on the TFN and AHP,an evaluation system was established for site selection of inland nuclear power. Finally, focusing on the site selection of inland nuclear power in H province, this essay compares the specific information about the evaluation index and puts the alternative site into the whole decision-making system. The identity of relative factors and the importance of alternative sites are evaluated by expert's score. The weight coefficient of the candidates' site is calculated by the judgment matrix, and the advantages and disadvantages of them are sorted.Through the comparison, the final ranking result of evaluation system is consistent with the current situation of the selected sites in the H province. It demonstrates that site evaluation system for inland nuclear power is feasible and accurate, which can provide an effectively analytical method.
