As China has gradually become the world's major automobile enterprise investment hot spots,auto parts manufacturing enterprises to continuously improve product quality and standardization of production management level,to achieve the final market competitive advantage.TS16949 is the international automobile industry technical specification,which is based on ISO9001,formally joined the car industry technology standards,this standard as a whole and IOS9001:2008,but more focus on defect prevention,reduce in the automotive supply chain and the quality of the waste.Therefore,it is of great importance to apply and research in auto parts enterprises.As the key technology in automotive field,automobile stamping forming technology is the key to determine the quality of automobile production.At the present stage,there are a small number of large stamping enterprises in China.Automotive stamping parts production demand,the product quantity and variety,stamping due to the small and medium-sized enterprise did not attach enough importance to product quality,resulting in stamping production quality is unqualified,affect the enterprise sales and credibility.Therefore,the automobile stamping parts enterprises carry out quality standardization management,improve the quality problems in the process of stamping parts production,and it is imperative to improve the field standardization operation.Firstly,this paper mainly introduces the background and research significance of this paper,the theoretical results of domestic and international studies,and the research contents and methods of the thesis.Secondly,the paper illustrates the basic concepts involved,explain the meaning of TS16949 quality management system,from the perspective of practice,in the background,significance,content,three sides facing the TS16949 quality management system standard is introduced.Based on the theory of the auto industry quality management system using statistics,APQP,MSA,and the standardized improvement method combined with auto pump wheel stamping parts enterprise production process status,combing out several representative enterprise quality management problems that exist in the concrete analysis was carried on.Finally,according to the relevant theories and experience of quality management system,some schemes are designed to help enterprises solve existing problems andimprove the quality management system.The implementation of the application plan,the implementation status of the enterprise and the existing problems,proposed the targeted,feasible implementation plan.Then,the implementation plan is reviewed,and the application of TS16949 quality management system in the production of automobile parts is effectively promoted.Improve the quality management level.
