| Development of China auto industry can not do without support of manufacturers inauto industry chain. Nowadays, Chinese auto industry especial auto part manufacturers arefacing both opportunity of booming China auto market and challenge of other internationalcompetitors. Establishing and running ISO/TS16949 quality management system provide afeasible solution to Chinese auto part manufacturer who is in this essential period.Firstly, the thesis introduces development, basic theory and principle of qualitymanagement, and analyzes the relationship between ISO/TS16949 technical specificationand other quality standards. The thesis takes Supreme SuZhou company as an example,analyzes how Supreme SuZhou company establishes, runs, maintains and improves theISO/TS16949 quality management system, and key points of utilization of AdvancedProduct Quality Plan (APQP) and the relationship among these key points are mainlystudied. Eventually, author puts forward improvement suggestions to ISO/TS16949 qualitymanagement system, which is running in supreme SuZhou company based on qualitytheory and requirement of ISO/TS16949. |
