The rapid development of China's auto industry could not be existed without thedevelopment of each enterprise in automobile manufacturing chain. At present, China newenergy automotive industry is facing a century opportunity and challenger in the world, butalso this opportunity raises higher requirements for the management of enterprises and newenergy technologies.ISO/TS16949:2009 is the quality management system technical specification based onthe ISO9001:2008 quality management system standard and also includes the Particularrequirements for international automotive industry. The technical specification is applicablefor the automobile OEM and its spare parts supply manufacturers. Till now, ISO/TS16949 hasbecome the international automotive quality management system requirement and is the basicthreshold for automotive supplier. In order to push China new energy enterprise to implementthe systematic management, China government set up specific requirement: China newenergy enterprise must obtain ISO/ TS16949 certification. Establishment of ISO/ TS16949system has become a necessary approach to improve the management level.Through a deep study on the TS16949 key requirements, theories and practice, thisarticle tries to find out a set of practical implementation scheme of TS16949 system for Chinanew energy automotive industry.Author uses the NC company engine branch as the energy automotive specific sample tostudy the application of TS16949 system. The"PDCA"method was used to study the TSsystem, focusing on the key points and the corresponding actions in several important stages,including the system planning, diagnosis on the system, specific actions to the diagnosis resultand the final effective implementation of system process. From implementation process of NCcompany engine branch system, the article pursues to summarize an effective methods fornew energy automotive system implementation.After the successful implementation of ISO/TS16949:2009, the target enterprise hadeffectively improved the enterprise's management capability and product quality level, so asto enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and ensure customer satisfaction. The effect ofthe case was satisfied, which verify that the implementation approach methods ofISO/TS16949:2009 are effective actually.
