| ISO/TS16949:2009-Special Request of ISO 9001:2008 Application on Quality Management System of Organization of Automotive Production And Relevant Service Part is established by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) with support of the International Organization for Standardization/Quality management and quality assurance technical committee (ISO/TC176). ISO/TS 16949 technical specification introduced special requirements of automotive industry such as VDA6.1 and so on, and also absorbed the concept of lean production methods from Japanese automobile industry. It results in considerable expansion in continuous improvement in the management system, the emphasis on defect prevention and promotion of enterprise development by reducing variation and waste of the supply chain. It is more adapted to the modern automobile industry, as well as modern equipment manufacturing industry.Based on research on ISO/TS 16949:2009 Standard and the basic situation of Shengda Copper Co., Ltd., this text will conduct the identification process and establish appropriate procedures. Through some using of the five tools and taking the product features and Shengda's production into consideration, this text will also analyze some quality problems and identify the main reasons which lead the problems. Against to the the main reasons identified by quality analysis, this text will bring quality improvement program and verify effectiveness of it, Through the implementation of standard, The quality management system adjust,, the working efficiency and qualified products has been improved.This research will not only bring practical significance on quality management system aimprovement of Shengda Copper Co., Ltd., but also have some reference value on its ideas and methods for other equipment manufacturing enterprises to realize more effective quality management and improve the quality of products. |
