Along with the rapid development of China's economic and social and the changing of population structure,the labor market of demographic dividend gradually disappear,and labor shortages increasingly apparent,enterprise recruitment,employment,keep talents become a common problem,inefficient human resource management become a major problem facing many enterprises,improve employee satisfaction is the major task of enterprise human resources management.Today,after has the bright time characteristic of 90 has been an influx of enterprises,their job satisfaction to enterprise's efficiency and competitiveness will be ignored.XJM company is a typical manufacturing enterprise,the company has now hired a large number of "after 90" staff,after the current 90 employees' job satisfaction is low,this is the development of the enterprise important hidden trouble.Taking XJM company "after 90" as the object,expectation through investigation and study contribute to increase job satisfaction after 90.This paper through the literature review summarized the theory origin of employee satisfaction,relevant incentive theory and influence factors,and put forward the conceptual model on the basis of existing research,comb and summarizes the characteristics and research status quo of staff after 90;Second,XJM are analyzed based on the field surveys describe the company's management and employee satisfaction situation after 90,and by the quality department after 90 employees as an example to elaborate;Then,using questionnaire survey method,and combined with variance analysis,comparative analysis,correlation analysis of three methods of data analysis from the population characteristics,work conditions,the work itself,work reward,interpersonal relationship and six Angle of whole enterprise depth to find XJM 90 after the company staffs job satisfaction present situation and problems;According to the 90 XJM company employee job satisfaction after the cause of the present situation analysis put forward the corresponding management strategy.Research conclusion of this paper is as follows:XJM 90 after the company staff s job satisfaction in average level,from the point of demographic characteristics,employee job satisfaction and there was no significant difference after 90,at the same time,employee satisfaction each dimension has significant positive correlation.In addition,the present stage XJM after 90 employees of the enterprise overall satisfaction,job satisfaction and interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction is relatively low.Finally,the paper from the employee training,compensation system,channel,promotion four aspects:enterprise culture is to improve the staffs job satisfaction after 90 XJM company put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.
