Chemical accidents such as chemical spills or chemical explosions can result in catastrophic consequences,not only for employees in the workplace,but also for residents and the environment.In addition,it may take a long time to restart facility operations due to the huge damage to equipment and the resulting financial losses.These effects lead to other serious effects,such as the supply of chemical raw materials related industries.In order to prevent these major industrial accidents,many developed countries,including the United States and the European Union,have implemented emergency management systems including accident prevention,emergency preparedness and emergency relief.Issues related to chemical and chemical safety,related activities and processes have led to the implementation of strengthened laws and regulations and advanced prevention and management of program and behavioral accidents.However,safety chemistry and chemical processes are not the main problem of economic development.However,after experiencing disastrous consequence chemical accidents,public and social sector concerns have become increasingly important in preventing such accidents and minimizing the consequences.Based on the analysis of the current status of the chemical industry research both at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the status quo and shortcomings of production safety management of Tongling Chemical Group based on the theory of safety management.Based on the status quo,this article evaluates the safety production index of 10 departments of Tongling Chemical Group by entropy method.In terms of safety management,safety promotion plays an important role in the safety production of chemical industry,followed by the provisions for safe production escort,Safety and production to provide regulatory and legal support;safety measures in the design framework of the secondary indicators of weight changes,the chemical group of the number of hazardous chemicals seriously endanger the safety of production safety;emergency safety management in the secondary indicators of weight changes,the accident safety regulations are still It is the most important aspect of the safety of mining group.The changes in weights basically show: First,the top-level design of safety measures in chemical safety production of Tongling Chemical Group is the most important,reflecting the group’s framework for safe production;followed by emergency management of production safety in safety production Is equally important;Second,the quality of the labor force of Tongling Chemical Group needs to be improved,and needs to be further improved.From the ranking results found that the project management department and production safety department at the forefront,indicating that the Group’s chemical safety production at this stage also need to focus on project management and production safety department.On the basis of this,we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the safe production management of Tongling Chemical effectively: give full play to the effectiveness of the existing management system,vigorously promote the safety management experience of foreign enterprises,strengthen the standardization and standardization of safety management,Training and management,attach great importance to the supervision and inspection of the superior departments,do a good job in the training and education of the staff,make rewards and punishments,and actively promote the advanced corporate culture.This article mainly takes the safety management work of Tongling Chemical Industry Group as the research object,which has some limitations.Therefore,the research results of this article are only for reference or reference of other companies or similar chemical engineering projects in carrying out safety management.
