Without exception, A chemical plant is facing the external environment, the efficiency is the only way of surviving about company, and Enterprises need to use fine and safe controlled management, enhance the entirety supervise standards of the company itself.The final purpose of business is to maximize profits, A chemical plant is no exception, all of the core enterprise management should be closely around the maximum benefit. Although the lean production management originated in the manufacturing industry, but its management concept is suitable for various management activities. Therefore, the theory of lean production has become the thermal power enterprises reversing operating loss of the "magic weapon".This paper is based on the summarizes the lean production management study and practical accomplishments, to study the implementation of lean production management of A enterprises in the application of chemical plant. Analysis of the existence condition of the production and running about the A chemical factory and production management problems, found the main problems existing in the production management of the enterprise is conservative, management is not perfect, some serious problems such as waste problems. Finally through analysis way of qualitative and quantitative, from the quality control HR、the key devices、production, environmental control, and raising some measures for the implementation of lean production management safety management and other aspects, formulate effective steps, and the administration of manufacturing of the company are analyzed and increased. The consequences indicate the enterprise in the implementation of lean production management, personnel, equipment, quality, four aspects of environmental safety performance is worthy of recognition.The administration of manufacturing about lean production management concept can be applied to most enterprises. However, because of their business background, culture, environment, product characteristics, staff quality and other factors of the different methods, different enterprises have taken in the implementation process is not identical.
