Ltd. as a case study, this paper, through the study of Ningxia Jiemei Fengyou Chemical Co. production safety crisis management, obtained that during the treatment of the leakage event 9/7 ammonia, this company has problems in crisis emergency rescue and crisis communication, and from the establishment of an early-warning system, strengthening corporate crisis communication ability construction, construct a framework for crisis management system these three aspects, this paper put forward strategies for improving Jiemei Fengyou Chemical Co.’s ability in production safety crisis management. Through its research, this paper obtains that Ningxia Jiemei Fengyou Chemical Co. has problems for treatment measures and communication ability in production safety crisis management. In order to improve the safety production ability of crisis management of Ningxia Jiemei Fengyou company, this company should establish an crisis early-warning system based on its actual situation, enhance its construction of crisis communication ability, and build its crisis management framework system, which to some extent can provide theoretical reference for improving its production safety crisis management abilibty...
