As basic methods of human resources management,compensation management is the basis for enterprises to establish a reasonable and scientific reward system to ensure their sustainable development.However,in modern enterprises,compensation management is a major obstacle to the development of enterprises.There are many problems need to be resolved in the daily compensation management,such as the difficulty in designing an acceptable reward system.Under the current increasing fierce competition,all enterprises are facing a general problem of how to accurately analyze and grasp the balance between the employers and employees to formulate a highly-applicable reward plan,optimize the compensation management system.This paper takes Sony(China)Limited(hereinafter referred to "S Company")as a target research and applies a series of research methods such as literature research,case study,field research and experience summary.By analyzing the existing compensation system of S Company,identify the problems existing in the system and the reasons behind.At the same time,with the aid of the four well-known theories proposed by western scholars to design a specific optimization including: strategic development plan,remuneration optimization and structure optimization(salary structure adjustment,bonus reallocation and welfare cash replenishment)to design an optimization programs for specific positions.Although S Company acts as a leading company in consumer industry and Japanese enterprises in China market,it still has many problems in compensation management which needs to solve and improve as soon as possible.This research will not only increase the market attractiveness and innovation,but also provides good reference for peer companies and other Japanese enterprises in China,to enhance the optimization and improvement of all human resources compensation system.
