The retail business of commercial banks studied by this dessertation is compared with the wholesale business of commercial banks.Wholesale business in general is mainly aimed at large and medium-sized enterprises,while retail business is directly oriented to individuals,individual businesses and small and micro businesses,and its scope includes personal consumption,schooling,financial management,investment and so on.Due to its flexible dispersion and low credit risk,banks have increasingly increased their investment in retail business in recent years,and the contribution of retail business to commercial banks' profit is increasing year by year.In China,retail business plays an important role in both individual customers and commercial banks.The smooth development of retail business is conducive to building a win-win situation between individuals and banks.Under the background of the gradual expansion of retail business in Xingtai bank,how to effectively sell retail products has become an imminent topic.The retail marketing background of Xingtai bank was first be summarized and analyzed in this dessertation,and then we analyzes the current situation of retail marketing of Xingtai bank.Through the survey the process of marketing problems has been found,in Xingtai retail banking marketing environment was carried out based on the analysis of SWOT.At last,author presents several suggestions to the retail business marketing process in Xingtai bank in this paper.
