Production site for enterprises to create a variety of benefits of the site,but also the source of many problems of enterprises.At the present stage,the work of manual operation in the aviation manufacturing enterprises is very much,especially in assembly,and the level of mechanization is very low.The demand for the amount of labor in the aircraft assembly is very large,and the time of assembly is too much,which takes up about half the amount of labor in the entire aircraft manufacturing.At present,the total production of aircraft continues to accelerate,which has put forward higher requirements for assembly aging.Many aircraft manufacturers have introduced pulsating stance assembly mode to improve the efficiency of aircraft assembly.Based on the case analysis of Z company's assembly workshop,combined with the assembly and assembly mode of traditional aviation machine station,the efficient management of production process is realized through the design and application of pulse assembly line,and the production efficiency of aircraft assembly plant is improved.This article through the 6S management,location management,visual management methods from the perspective of empirical analysis to improve the site management advantages,put forward specific strategies to improve the site management of aviation manufacturing enterprises.This article first has carried on the explanation to China's aviation manufacturing industry is facing the problem of background,discusses the research direction,pointed out that the traditional aviation manufacturing enterprise site management problems,and analyze the cause of the problem lies in the management level is too low,the real cases of Z combination,put forward specific implementation plan of 6S management,location management finally,the visual management,to assess the effect of the implementation.The conclusion shows that the pulse assembly production line to adapt to the mainstream of the development of the international workshop;effect of implementation of 6S management,visual management,location management scheme was better than traditional aviation manufacturing enterprises has been greatly improved.
