Abstract/Summary:
The paper conduct the research on the assembly line of producing separate frameconstruction vehicle (mainly for trucks and SUV)Present paper study the main modules of mix line production:1、Crossing performance of the production line is consist of space, equipment, tools,,facilities, safety etc. Crossing performance of the production line makes various vehicletypes smoothly across the whole production line and is also the hardware basement ofassembly line building.2、Layout of production line contains function area design, station quantity, stationpitch,assembly line size,material flow area, JPH, cycle time,running rate,buffer area andemulation technique. Conducting the research of production line layout is for designing theproduction capacity according to the target of volume before starting to build or transformthe production line. The excellent production layout can make the production line moreflexibility on the condition of controlling cost.3、The technique of assembly process is made of work organization form, assemblyfeatures, assembly specialty, torque, filling,technique regulation, production line workbalance analysis.The assembly process technique is a regulation of organizing anddistributing the whole production resources and making a lot of various types, structurecomplex, numerous parts assembly into a complete vehicle, also, is the soul of assembly line,which directly influences the auto making corporate production capacity, quality outcomeand cost control ability. The degree of modernization of assembly process technique isdetermined by the competition ability of corporate. The assembly process possessesnumerous procedures of screwing and connecting. One of the most important parameters ofthese procedures is the torque, which is involved in the key aspects of auto safety, dynamicand service life, therefore, the position of which in assembly process is high. The correctscrewing torque is the key element of assuring if thread screw connecting parts can be instable status for long, meanwhile, it is also the assurance of vehicle assembly quality.4、Material flow planning include Inventory, material supply, material auto-conveying.The mixed model assembly line requires much on the material distribution forms and ways. The ideal way on material flow plan is synchronous material flow, which supply the rightquantity, types and quality material with the right place and time.5、Manufacturing information management system(MIMS) contains productionscheduling and material supply, assembly process and assembly quality management, dataacquisition and manufacture process track, error-proof and switch quickly,equipmentcommunication,journal sheet and large screen, manufacturing ability analysis。MIMScontrol and transmit various information in production process also do the statistics analysisto make use of the high speed data processing of computer.6、Training: mix model assembly line need to train multi-ability staff.Through themodules and modules elements research, the relationship of the modules is analyzed to makea conclusion that a mix assembly line model is valuable and instructional for the newlybuilding assembly line and transforming the recently assembly line based on mix modelmanufacturing line.
