The rapid development of the entire world,especially the information sharing in recent years,has become more and more popular.Resources in all aspects can be readily available anywhere and anytime.Products were produced by companies in the same industry are becoming increasingly smaller.In the situation where open source is becoming more and more difficult,throttling is an important factor that companies must consider now.This requires enterprises to make efforts in terms of quality,cost,and delivery time.In manufacturing-oriented enterprises,production sites are places where companies directly create benefits.Fundamentally speaking,whether or not the production site can be managed is directly related to the survival and sustainable development of the company.The production site is to effectively integrate personnel,equipment,materials,methods,and environment,and manage it in accordance with the company's goal.This is to require the company to find a suitable management method from top to bottom and continuously improve it.Although theoretically speaking,various companies also understand these principles,but when it comes to actual management,they are faced with various difficulties.There are many similar wastes,unstable quality,and often due to various reasons.There are negative factors such as suspension of line,lack of staff morale,lack of ability of front-line team leader,etc.,but it is difficult to find incisive solutions or incomplete solutions.The end result is insufficient output,limited shipments,customer complaints,etc.In this paper,through the improvement of the efficiency of the assembly line of the company S,the existing problems are discovered,and all the resources at the production site are used to redeploy and rectify.Through the rearrangement of assembly lines and the re-decomposition and combination of workstations,the balance rate of the assembly line is increased,and the daily production capacity is improved by improving the bottleneck process and shortening the production cycle.The improvement of on-site 5S,kanban management improves the quality and productivity of operators,and the training of front-line team leaders to improve their management level,etc.Has made the assembly line's efficiency,productivity,and quality reach a certain height to meet S company's shipping requirements and reduce customer complaints.
