A Case Study On The Logistics Pattern Of GZ Ecological Fruit Company:from The Perspective Of "Internet Plus"

In the age of mobile Internet information,inclusive,open,shared development philosophy,leading the economic development of the industry.Internet,big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other new high-tech network tools have been integrated into the production of traditional industries,manufacturing and services.So,"The Internet plus traditional industries" was born.The traditional fresh fruit logistics pattern has many problems,such as high cost,low efficiency,great loss and lack of quality and safety guarantee.A lot of fruit management companies also recognize these pain points,but due to the high cost of capital investment,the lack of professional and technical personnel and other reasons,these problems can not be resolved.The paper makes a fruit company's logistics pattern in Hunan Loudi area as the research object,from the "Internet plus" perspective,adopts the method of literature research,case analysis,actual interview,quantitative and qualitative.The article First of all,through the study of the relevant literature and the background of the times,this paper puts forward several problems that need to be studied.Then use the relevant concepts and theoretical basis as the theoretical support,and take the GZ ecologic fruits company as the case study of traditional logistics pattern,and analyze the current situation and existing problems.Then,through the analysis of the determinants and constitution of subject in the traditional logistics pattern,from the perspective of "Internet plus",this paper designed and constructed a new GZ ecologic fruit company logistics pattern.At the same time,the paper proved the operation effect in the early stage of the logistics pattern,and put forward some software and hardware resources support measures to ensure the sustainable operation of the pattern in the future.This paper focuses on the current situation problems of the traditional fruit logistics pattern and the decisive factors that need to be considered in the construction of the logistics pattern.The conclusion shows that the logistics cost accounting standards,ability to absorb talents,"the degree of Internet plus" fusion of logistics organization effect and relevant policy support is an important consideration and analysis of the factors.
