The Research On Logistics Development Of Fruit And Vegetables In The City Of Mudanjiang

With the improvement of living standards, consumers’ consumption of fruits and vegetables produce increases gradually, showing the trend of expansion in market demand. With the national increasing emphasis on agriculture, policy support, subsidies and other benefits promote to expand the cultivation acreage of fruits and vegetables and increase production, leading to a good development trend in fruit and vegetable produce market. However, in recent years in many parts of fruits and vegetables there remains unmarketable agricultural products, including non-genetically modified soybeans in Heilongjiang province, which is due to the asymmetry of supply and demand information in the circulation process, damaging the interests of the subject of supply and demand and reducing efficiency. A logical planning of fruits and vegetables development needs to be made to avoid the recurrence of such a phenomenon. Due to the different status of the various provinces’ fruit and vegetable logistics development, there need to be targeted research to develop a reasonable strategy and make meaningful suggestions.In this paper, the development of fruit and vegetable logistics Mudanjiang City was researched, logistics status summarized from the point of logistics infrastructure, logistics information and distribution subject, SWOT analysis method applied to analyze external opportunities and challenges or strengths and weaknesses and to develop appropriate development strategy. With the reference of domestic and foreign experience in the development of fruit and vegetable logistics, United States, Japan and the Netherlands included, Shandong and Guangdong Shuili fruit wholesale market analyzed, modern management theory was applied to put forward countermeasures for logistics development of fruits and vegetables in Mudanjiang City: 1 improve infrastructure construction; 2 actively develop and build brand of fruits and vegetables from Mudanjiang City; 3 strengthen the construction of fruits and vegetables logistics information; 4 promote the cooperation between domestic and abroad fruit and vegetable logistics enterprises; 5 promote the professional development of third-party fruits and vegetables logistics; 6 emphasize on training of logistics personnel.
