As an important land and resources,land resources play a vital role in promoting China's social and economic development.In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on land use,land use efficiency and land management,the state has successively promulgated a series of policies that have correspondingly affected the intensity of land use in the development zone in varying degrees.Based on this background,based on this background,based on the introduction of research background,research significance,literature review and innovation,this paper analyzes the land use intensity of the development zone of Putian City by comprehensively using the methods of literature review,empirical analysis and expert interviews.Level and related research.On the main research contents,the land use intensity,influencing factors and reasons are respectively analyzed and discussed based on the spatial distribution of regions,different industry types and different population perspectives.At the same time,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the existing problems of land use intensity in Putian Development Zone.Research indicates:1.According to the spatial distribution of different regions,the intensity of land use in each development zone in Putian City is obviously affected by the level of regional economic development.Specifically,the land use intensity in areas with high economic development is relatively high.Moreover,the geographical location and spatial distribution are the important factors affecting the intensity of land use,which is closely related to the degree of industrial agglomeration and land use.2.According to the distribution of different industry types,the intensity of land use in each development zone in Putian City is more prominent than that of other types of industries.The intensity of land use in software,communications and electronic equipment industries is obviously higher than that in labor-intensive industries.This is because such industries have relatively high requirements on land utilization,so that the utilization efficiency of land resources can be maximally achieved.In contrast,land-use intensity of labor-intensive industries such as textile and food processing industries is not high.3.According to the distribution of population from different perspectives,the land use intensity of each development zone in Putian City is greatly affected by population distribution,population growth and economic development level.Specifically,the development zone with a high level of economic development has a higher population growth rate and growth rate,correspondingly with a higher level of land use intensity.Compared with the rural population,the urban land use intensity of the urban population is higher.4.Overall,the intensity of land use in Putian Development Zone is more significantly affected by factors such as different regions,different industries and different populations,which are manifested as follows:closer to the coastal areas,with a high level of economic development;and the electronic equipment manufacturing and equipment manufacturing;The intensity of land use intensity of urban population is relatively higher.On the one hand,the study of this thesis is of great significance for exploring the relationship between land use intensities in the development zones under different conditions;on the other hand,it is of great practical significance to guide and help the development zones to use the land resources scientifically and reasonably.
