In the" Century City " era, the extension of competition and cooperation has expanded from city to city between simple groups, city circle. Strengthening regional integration between neighboring cities of factors of production, building broader effective industrial chain to enhance the competitiveness of the regional economy, has become an important regional economic growth point for future development and growth poles. Construction of the West Coast Economic Zone has risen to national development strategies, as one of the core focused on the development of the West Coast metropolitan Fuzhou, Putian, Ningde, seize the opportunity, and actively implement the strategy to construct a large metropolitan area in Fuzhou. Regional logistics industry in the area of the city strategy, the social reproduction adjustment of resources allocation to optimize the increasingly prominent role, integrated collaborative development of the logistics industry greatly affect the competitiveness of the regional economy. The development of logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde is lagging behind, and has a larger gap campared to the developed city. The article focuses on how to construct the collaborative development model of logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde.In view of this, the paper is the basis of combing the theory of joint development of the logistics integration. Firstly, from a macro perspective, analyze the basic conditions on the development of the logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde, and then draw status quo and trends of the current collaborative development of logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde through the good background of this two parts to propose ideas of collaborative development of logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde. In the fourth part, using swot-clpv to analyze the feasibility of the logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde andmake strategic decisions. In the fifth part, using the entropy method to analyze the impact factors of the coordinated development of the logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde, derived corresponding factor score weights. Right strategic decisions and factor scores derived by earlier research concludes the collaborative development model and the proposed countermeasures of logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde.In research methods, based on the inspection coordinated development of regional logistics research and theory, this paper through questionnaires and site visits and other forms of in-depth industry line, dig the basic data and statistics Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde logistics market. Through the implementation of an environmental survey concludes Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde logistics industry conducted SWOT-CLPV analysis; the factor analysis model built during the development model, the innovative application of the law of entropy regional logistics industry development model, plus quantitative analysis of large efforts to make up for lack of SWOT-CLPV analysis tools, to establish the final part of the collaborative development model of logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde as well as the feasibility of consolidating the basis of suggestions. In the study the following conclusions:first, to accelerate the process of regional economic integration under the background of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde logistics for effective integration, collaborative development is to enhance the economic vitality of the region’s inevitable move. Second, the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods drawn the development path of logistics integration of Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde has a certain reference value.
