Research On Distribution Of Land Use Intensity Of Development Zone In Zhejiang

Land resource is the most important resource in our country. Land use in development zone which is one kind of land use in our country appeared widely. Kinds of policies had been proposed recently which made profound influence on the land use in development zone. The development zones have been developed for many years which have became the pillar in the economics of Zhejiang. The problem whether land use intensity in development zone is in line with the policies under the background of rapid economic development has been researched on to help the government make better regulation policy on land use in development zone in further which has the profound meaning. Based on the reason, the distribution of land use intensity in development zone in Zhejiang has been analyzed, the problem in land use intensity has been discussed and the deepening policy suggestion has been put forward.The research on the land intensive use of urban and the land intensive use of development zones at home and abroad and the related theoretical basis has been introduced in the paper. On the basis, the development and characteristics of development zones in Zhejiang and the basic data and related indexes used in land use intensity analysis of development zones has been introduced also. In the context of knowing the related background, the distribution of land use intensity of development zones in Zhejiang is analyzed from two aspects which includes the difference of regional spatial and the difference of industries which is in the combination of construction planning outline in advanced manufacturing base of Zhejiang, the control index of project of industrial construction land of Zhejiang and the ideal value of land use assessment of development zones. Through analyzing, the distribution of land use intensity of development zones in Zhejiang is that: land use intensity of development zones in the wen-tai industrial zone is the best, the jin-qu-li industrial zone is the second, industrial zone around the Hangzhou bay is the worst in three industrial zones. There displays different level in land use intensity in the different cities in development zones of Zhejiang. In the different industries, there displays the best land use intensity in development zones of the high-tech industry and the traditional industry, land use intensity in development zones of the equipment manufacturing industry is the second, development zones of the facing-port industry is the worse in land use intensity. The reason of the distribution is analyzed to find that the industrial structure in the development zone, the development level of the development zone, the regional planning and the regional industrial policy are the main influencing factors in distribution of land use intensity of development zones in Zhejiang. Finally, the policy suggestions about land supervision, industrial structure optimization, planning adjustment and strengthening land market allocation and so on are put forward on the base of the analysis in the problem of land use intensity of the development zones in Zhejiang.
