Since the year of 2008,BB City agricultural cooperatives have been rapid development,the establishment of agricultural cooperatives makes the rural market and the external market linked,make the farmers understand the market more deeply,it optimizes the supply side of agricultural products,Alleviates the contradiction between supply and demand in the market,and promotes the production of green organic and other agricultural products.Agricultural cooperatives have improved farmers’ production skills and agricultural awareness,raised the income level of rural population and promoted the construction of rural civilization.Under the joint action of the government and agricultural cooperatives,the advantages of agricultural operations were promoted,the improvement of agricultural mechanization level was promoted,the circulation of rural land was accelerated,and the development of modern agriculture in China was promoted.Agricultural cooperatives are mainly managed by farmers,it disseminatesthe knowledge and information network and promote the development of new peasant groups in China.Under the guidance of the government and the self-organization of the peasants,the agricultural cooperatives and the large agricultural machinery enterprises in Bengbu have been developing and growing constantly.The role played by the agricultural development and farmers’ income in Bengbu City has become more and more prominent.In view of its importance in Bengbu City Highlight the status,how to optimize the allocation of resources,in the supply side of the structural reform perspective,to improve the organization and management of agricultural cooperatives,the formation of effective benign incentives to effectively alleviate and solve agricultural cooperatives encountered difficulties and confrontation,To play the advantages of agricultural cooperatives,to minimize negative externalities,improve the total social welfare has become an urgent need to solve the problem,but also related to the development of agricultural cooperatives and agricultural farmers to increase income,social harmony big problem.From the aspects of structural reform of supply side,this paper studies the development direction of agricultural cooperatives in Bengbu City,summarizes the present situation and existing problems of agricultural cooperatives in BB City through the investigation and analysis of 12 agricultural cooperatives in BB City,and then puts forward the development countermeasures and tries to get rid of the existing The development of the plight,out of the new situation.The paper first uses the literature analysis method,elaborated the research background and the research significance,the domestic and foreign research movement and the trend profile and the simple review,simultaneously to the agricultural cooperatives related theory to define.Secondly,this paper summarizes the formation conditions and development status of Bengbu agricultural cooperatives by means of literature analysis,typical investigation and case analysis,and summarizes the problems of the local economic society,and then analyzes the problems existing in the agricultural cooperatives and the problems that cause these problems.major factor.This paper analyzes the operation and development of two national agricultural cooperatives in Bengbu City through practical case study and theory,and provides a way to develop the ideas and development ways to further promote the healthy development of agricultural cooperatives in Bengbu City.Finally,the paper summarizes the general conclusions of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the prospect of the future development of agricultural cooperatives in BBCity.
