Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures For The Development Of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives

Agricultural machinery cooperatives are an inevitable product of the transformation of China’s traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and an important factor in promoting the development of China’s agricultural industrialization.The creation and development of agricultural cooperatives contribute to solving three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers problems and can contribute to thetransformation of the agricultural industrial structure,the growth of the rural economy and the increase of farmers’ income.In recent years,due to the rapid development of Chinese agricultural machinery cooperatives,problems such as unbalanced regional development and few high-quality model companies have appeared.In this study,in order to promote rationalization and standardization of work of agricultural machinery cooperatives,we will take agricultural machinery cooperatives in Changchun,China,as research subject to understand current development of agricultural machinery cooperatives and propose proposals and countermeasures.Based on analysis and summary of agricultural machinery cooperatives at home and abroad,a multi-dimensional,multi-angle and multi-detailed analysis of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Changchun was carried out:(1)imperfect internal governance,basic management organization is not established,and even if it is established,it is not effectively operated;(2)shortage of funds and imperfect infrastructure facilities of agricultural machinery cooperatives;(3)low cultural quality of employees of agricultural machinery cooperatives;(4)high number of agricultural machinery and limited arable land leading to waste of resources;(5)high resistance to land transfer;(6)serious loss of rural labor.In view of the above-mentioned problems,the author puts forward proposals to promote faster and healthier development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Changchun: In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions to promote better,faster and healthy development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Changchun:(1)strengthen supervision and standardize management system;(2)government increase support for agricultural machinery cooperatives and improve infrastructure of rural agriculture;(3)strengthen technical training of agricultural machinery,introduce high-level talents and improve comprehensive quality of agricultural machinery staff and management personnel;(4)purchase agricultural machinery according to land area agricultural machinery to avoid the waste of agricultural machinery;(5)the government actively coordinates farmers for land transfer;(6)reasonable and scientific system management of agricultural machinery cooperatives according to relevant laws and regulations;(7)implementation of rural revitalization strategy and strong support for the development of agricultural mechanization;(8)Improve the public service system in rural areas and improve farmers’ quality education.The study of this paper will provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Changchun,which will serve as a model for relevant departments and business models,play the role of three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers and have major theoretical and practical significance in promoting the modernization of agriculture in Changchun.
