Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives Under The Background Of Structural Reform On The Supply Side Of Agriculture

As far as China's actual national conditions are concerned,agriculture is still the foundation of national economic development.Farmers are still important players in building socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.Rural areas are still an important part of the entire body of society.Therefore,it determines that the "three rural issues" must be the focus of the party,the government,and the society.As a peasant's own organization,farmers' professional cooperatives are an economic organization established and developed by farmers in accordance with certain organizational principles on the basis of the rural household contract responsibility system for joint production,and are important carriers for promoting rural and agricultural development in China.In recent years,China's rural areas have achieved good results in improving grain production,promoting new rural construction,and increasing farmers' income.However,with the rapid economic and social development,the development of rural areas and agriculture in China has entered a new historical stage,and is facing many new problems and new challenges.Under this background,the structural reform of the agricultural supply side came into being.It is a special requirement for the party and the country to develop agriculture in a new era.As pointed out in the report of the Party's Nineteenth Congress,“The structural reform of the supply side is the main line,and the reform of the quality of economic development,changes in efficiency,and changes in power must be promoted to increase total factor productivity.”While deepening the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,the external development environment of farmers' professional cooperatives has undergone major changes.At the same time,the structural reform of the agricultural supply side has put forward new requirements for the further development of farmers' professional cooperatives.Therefore,the study of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives under the background of structural reforms on the supply side of agriculture has important theoretical and practical necessity.This paper takes the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives in X County,Sichuan Province as an example,and uses literature research,field surveys,and case studies to analyze the development status and causes of the problems in the farmers' professional cooperatives in X County,and to analyze the current situation in China.The status quo of economic development put forward correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions for the further construction of rural professional cooperatives.The full text consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction part.The purpose and significance of the research,the literature review at home and abroad,the research methods,the focus,difficulties and innovations of the research are expounded.The second chapter is about some related concepts and theories.This chapter focuses on the analysis of the connotation,development history of the farmers' professional cooperatives,the content evolution of the party and the state in formulating relevant policies,and the conceptual nature of the structural reforms on the agricultural supply side,and related basic theories.The third chapter is the development status of farmers' cooperatives in X County.The development and development characteristics of farmers' professional cooperatives in X County were discussed,and three typical cases were analyzed in detail.The fourth chapter is the predicament of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in X County.It focuses on the implementation process of advancing the structural reforms on the supply side of agriculture,and the requirements for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,and the difficulties and problems encountered in the development process of farmers' specialized cooperatives in X County.The fifth chapter is to improve the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in X County.This chapter is the core content of the paper.Based on the contents of the fourth chapter,this paper proposes the corresponding feasibility suggestions for the problems encountered in the development process of the farmers' professional cooperatives in X County.
