Agricultural machinery cooperative,as an agricultural mechanization management model,directly affects the speed and process of agricultural mechanization development,as well as the economic benefits and scale of operation of the operators.Although agricultural machinery cooperative has played an important role in promoting the development of agricultural mechanization and has become the main mode of agricultural mechanization development in our country,there are still many unfavorable factors in the operation and development that hinder the further development of cooperatives.Therefore,the in-depth research and analysis of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the level of agricultural mechanization development.Dehui City is the main grain production area in Jilin Province and the whole country.It is a typical agricultural city and county in the central agricultural area of Jilin Province.Agricultural machinery professional cooperatives are also the main modes of agricultural machinery management in the city.Taking the development status quo and existing problems of dehui agricultural machinery specialty cooperative as the research object,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,which is beneficial to the standardization,systematization and scientificization of operation management level of agricultural machinery specialty cooperative in the province.By the end of 2017,a total of 150 agricultural machinery cooperatives had been registered in the city,with an annual operation volume of 67500 hm2,2,192 relatively stable employees,a total value of 2.389 billion yuan,and a total power of 1.966 million k W of agricultural machinery.83.54 %.Through investigation and analysis,the paper summarizes the development characteristics of agricultural machinery cooperatives under the current rapid development of agricultural mechanization in the city,that is,the overall number is relatively large and the increase rate is fast;The scale continues to grow and its strength gradually increases;The types of founding are diverse,and new models appear;Expand the scope of services and broaden the business area;The system is gradually standardized and the operating level continues to improve.After investigation and analysis,the main problems in the cooperative operation and management of agricultural machinery in Dehui City were solved.First,the farmers and grassroots cadres had low awareness of agricultural mechanization,second,there was great resistance to land circulation,third,there was a shortage of operating funds,and fourth,the quality of cooperative personnel was low.Fifth,the management system is not perfect.Sixth,relevant policies are not implemented.Seventh,grassroots services and supervision and management are not in place.These influencing factors restrict the development of dehui agricultural machinery cooperatives,but also deeply affect the development pace of dehui's "three farmers" construction.Therefore,it is of profound significance to explore and study the effective development channels of dehui agricultural machinery professional cooperatives for regional agricultural development and regional rural economic construction.In view of the above situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the healthy and rapid development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Dehui City: First,strengthen policy guidance and support,guide farmers to actively participate in cooperatives,and at the same time,the government should strive to coordinate the solid and effective development of land transfer work;Second,improve infrastructure construction and expand financing channels;The third is to strengthen the training of technical personnel and improve the comprehensive quality of cooperative managers and technicians;Fourth,we will strengthen institutional planning and construction.Fifth,we will strengthen policy support and explore ways to introduce the model of "entry and creation of social assistance" linked by "station-school-society".Agricultural machinery professional cooperative is the main mode of agricultural mechanization management in dehui city.The contents and results of the thesis have important theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural modernization in dehui city.
