China's current pension security system can achieve “elderly will be looked after properly”for the majority of employees after their retirement.But as the per capital income rising steadily,the growing material and culture needs of the people can no longer be met by pensions only.But pension fund is facing with a limited preserving and increasing the value and the actual level of security do not increase but fell,which lead to pension fund no time for sustainability and high security.Under this background,the occupational pension system comes into being to fill the gap of the pension system.As the second pillar of the pension system,its significance is not only to meet people's basic pension needs,but also to provide internal employees with benefits.On the basis of relieving the pressure of pension,it can also serve the enterprise's human resource management and play an important role in motivating internal staff.In order to make better management for the enterprise,so the D company designed a suitable annuity program for the company's enterprise and which has entered the trial implementation stage.This paper started from the basic theory of annuity,based on the analysis of the definition,characteristic,and development history of annuity,sorting out the internal relationship between enterprise annuity and human resource management.After studying and analyzing the current implementation status of enterprise annuity system in D company,this paper carried out a network questionnaire survey targeted to the company's internal staff.Discussed the problems encountered in the implementation of the company's enterprise annuity plan,and interviewed the employees who enjoyed the enterprise annuity.Then discussed the reasons why the enterprise annuity of D company did not play its due role in human resource management.Combined with the successful experience of foreign enterprise annuity system to motivate employees,helped D company find solutions to the problems.And this paper also improved the design of a new annuity scheme,to put forward the implementation of supporting measures.
