ERP In Retail Informationization Program

In this paper,the application of the ERP system in the enterprise informatization is explored based on the retail information project of Shandong Xiaoya group.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation and specific characteristics and functions of ERP system through literature research,and then analyzes the importance and significance of ERP system application.Secondly,combined with specific examples of duckling information in the analysis of retail,manufacturing complex product structure,production time is longer,the uncertainty in the process,customer requirements to provide products of the urgent time characteristic and the demand,analyzed the requirement of ERP system.Through case study,this paper analyzes the ERP scheme of duckling retail,and deeply understand the implementation process and problems.The duckling retailin formation technology closely around the management,technology,quality,cost,service,enterprise resource planning(ERP)as the core,the use of management information integration technology and manufacturing integration technology,information management,materials,technology,business,finance,production office,human resources,to rationalize the relations of production,improve the traditional management mode,dynamic management of the entire production process,improve product quality and technological content of production,shorten the time of goods available to customers,to meet customer needs.Finally,combined with the use of ERP and the duckling retail enterprise informatization in our country development practice,in-depth and systematic research on the application of ERP in China's modern manufacturing enterprise model,decision-making,implementation,evaluation and Management Countermeasures of development,etc..Combined with the implementation process of the project analysis,draw valuable reference conclusions and lessons learned.
