Human resource planning is essential for each company and organization. It is the cornerstone for company's future human resources and provides guidance for execution of HR activities for a period of time, thus provide sustainable motions for growth and development for the organization. Under such circumstances, it has specific and practical significance to apply human resources management theory to a specific company and to carry out study on HR planning. Carrying study on HR Planning for Shandong Luneng Construction Group through analysis in Company's general strategy, business environment, and HR management elements will help in finding out suitable HR Planning Scheme for the Company so as to effectively take advantage of human resources, to gain competitive forces in sustainable development, to provide guarantee and service in HR for Company's general development strategy and finally reach the operating goal for the Company.This paper is to make Shandong Luneng Construction Group as subject for the study and in particular, make detailed investigation on relevant situations on HR management. On this basis, human resources management tools are applied on Shandong Luneng Construction Group to make a detailed HR planning. With this planning, human resources management principles for Shandong Luneng Construction Group are rationalized, focus of the human resources management within recent period are clarified. This paper combined theory and practice study together to provide solutions based on the practical situations of Shandong Luneng Construction Group.As a summary based on working practice, this paper summarize HR management rules from daily works and try to apply HR management theory in to practical management in a flexible way. The paper proposes general view and basic means in a constructive and general way to human resources management for Shandong Luneng Construction Group, which tightly combines theory and practice together. Meanwhile, through all the way for this paper, "strategic management" remains the key word and the soul. Human resource planning shall be operated under the Company's general strategy, and every part of it also serves the Company's strategy, which ensures highly integration of HR management strategy and the Company's strategy. This paper is divided into five chapters. ChapterⅠgives brief introduction for human resources planning theory. ChapterⅡdescribes human resources strategy of Shandong Luneng Construction Group. ChapterⅢdescribe brief introduction of basic situation of human resources for Shandong Luneng Construction Group. ChapterⅣgives human resources planning for Shandong Luneng Construction Group. ChapterⅤevaluates the applicability of the plan and provides improvement methods.
