With the development of Internet technology,the Internet + enterprise management model has become an effective choice for the development of modern enterprises.Especially in the fields of enterprise sales management,financial management,personnel management and supply chain management,Internet information technology has been widely used,and big data mining and analysis technology has effectively brought efficiency to enterprise management decisions.The traditional enterprise,including the management model of small and medium-sized enterprises,has transformed into Internet + enterprise transformation,which has brought about the rapid growth of social demand for Internet + application talents.Guangzhou Yuda Company is a professional skills training company specializing in cultivating Internet + application talents.It was established in 2013.The company seized the market opportunity in time and occupied the supply market of Internet + application talents in the early stage.It has achieved rapid development at the beginning of its establishment.However,with the establishment of many emerging vocational skills training companies and the expansion of the existing training institutions,the market competition faced by Guangzhou Yuda Company has become increasingly fierce.Like all vocational skills training companies,the company's human resources are the core resources of Guangzhou Yuda Company.At present,Guangzhou Yuda Company urgently needs to optimize human resource management,further motivate the employees of the company to work and stabilize the company's talent team.Salary management is an important part of human resource management.The scientific and rationality of the compensation plan determines the effectiveness of the human resource incentive mechanism.It has a direct relationship with the work initiative and enthusiasm of the company's positions and positions,and ultimately Affect the efficiency and development goals of the company.Taking Guangzhou Yuda Company as an example,this paper analyzes the current human resources management situation of Guangzhou Yuda Company by referring to the advanced salary management theory and design model at home and abroad,combining the characteristics of education and training industry and the development strategy and business strategy of Guangzhou Yuda Company.And in the irrationality of salary management,the research and discussion on the optimization design of the salary plan of Guangzhou Yuda Company was carried out in detail.This paper firstly investigates and analyzes the status quo of Guangzhou Yuda's compensation management and compensation plan system,and finds out the existing problems and their roots.Secondly,using scientific design concepts and methods to establish a set of effective development for the company.The salary management plan aims to strengthen the incentive effect of the company's remuneration and reduce the mobility of the personnel.Finally,on the basis of solving the actual problems of the Uida company,research on the safeguard measures to support the implementation of the remuneration plan,and the future reform and adjustment of the company's new remuneration plan.Put forward constructive opinions and strive to make the new compensation plan play a longer role and inject vitality into the operation of Guangzhou Yuda Company.
